PSL By-laws
Article I - Purpose & Vision
The Professional Softball League (PSL) exists to advance professional softball through a coalition of equal partner franchises committed to upholding competitive integrity, providing player opportunities, and ensuring long-term sustainability. The PSL is not a centralized ownership model, it is partnership of autonomous franchises operating under shared standards for the good of the league.

Article II - PSL Structure
All PSL franchises are equal partners. No franchise holds controlling interest over another. League authority is limited to matters necessary for competitive balance, brand integrity, player welfare and league credibility.

Article III - PSL Governance & Voting
Each Franchise receives one vote. Majority approval for standard decisions and voting.

Article IV - PSL League Authority
The PSL governs core rules, discipline, league branding, minimum standards and league expansion.
Article V - PSL Franchise Autonomy
Individual franchises control team branding, player contracts, team staff, local sponsors, team merchandise, team ticketing and community engagement.
